Possible promotion/pay rise for the cat after another shitty day at work. Still promotion after 13 weeks means I'm awesome.
Positives: Look good on CV, get a bunch of stoners to boss around, have some say with things like hours etc
Negatives: Still shitty job, will have to work more/worse hours, will be responsible for the stoners if they fuck up

Ahh.. but the question is always if the reward fits the extra work mate. You could get a little extra but end up doing a lot more. Put a value on your time Also, being responsible for others should mean a good / reasonable bump in pay, particularly if you're not in charge of people now |
