the main thing is i dont want to play in the world the bad ending created. sure its still got the we are fucked miserableness, but its totally divorced itself from what happened before. may as well be a reboot.

I can definitely see metro being "miserable" if they take the bad one as canon, specifically because of that "key information". Also new xbox is awful and its name is awful too

yeah pretty sure its not. Also I respect the points you made about the ending to me in steam disco but I just hate how the good one is missing key information from the bad ending.

i disagree. the good ending was worth it and a better ending. But crushingly the bad ending is probably the canon again. Altho they weren't that different, im super hoping for the good ending to be the canon but its doubtful, because otherwise metro wouldnt be able to carry on being miserable.
