Finaly made it home. YAY!
Nice to be able to read the forums on something slightly bigger than a 3" screen. Especially not having to wait for ages for the page to load up. Mum & Dad's place seems to be on the frindge of every last signal mast is the area.
I still don't like Oxfordshire. Driving through the place is still a miserable experiance. Woe betide the day I become world Tyrant. Oxfordshire will be bulldozed, leveled and tarmacked. Might be able to drive across it relitivly painlessly.
The fish are still alive and the place is still in one piece. Time to figure out what shopping I need and relax.
It's good to be home. Looking forward to sleeping in my own bed.

Had a gruelling schedule of sleeping until Noon and then catching up on TV all day (September is crazy busy with new seasons/shows). Now i'm about to load up Civ5.
Life is good. I've no idea how i'm going to cope when I have a job eating 9 hours out of my days, and god forbid I get get a girlfriend.

Saturday and Sunday: Test Valley Brass are competing in the 4th Section NATIONAL FINAL in Harrogate! We won our regional contest, and we'll be in 3rd Section next year, but this is the biggy so far, a chance to actually be Section Champions (even if it is only the equivalent of football's conference league). I am playing Soprano Cornet... wish us luck! |

It's mid day. I've been up for about 2 and bit hours. I know I'm not awake. Just tried to make tea in a pint tankard. Found myself staring down at a tea bag at the bottom of a masive tankard and found myself wondering "why can I see through the bottom of the mug?"
Realisation dawned. Now making tea in mug.
