Damn! Sounds like a good giggle is being had.
Well I've had the lie in I wanted yesterday. All I've got to do now is a couple of domestic chores. Clean the fish tank. And then drive to Bedford. In all honesty I'd rather be driving to Insomnia. But family commitments do need to be upheld. And presides, my calendar is less cluttered in August.
Right, I'd better start riding the hoover. But may be breakfast first.

Well I have returned from a fun packed visit to the parents. I have re-tuned a digital TV box. And chased an electrical gremlin in Mum's 20 year old fiesta. Looks like the stereo was shorting out the battery. Amazingly after fiddling around for ages and getting to the stereo, I got told that it hadn't worked for a quite a while. In fact the problem with the battery started not long after the stereo stopped working. What a coincidence! But it can't be tested thoroughly though. As the garage they took it to identified the circuit that was fault and "Fixed" it by removing the 15amp fuse. Didn't leave the fuse behind. Just took it out completely. And with no spare 15amp fuse, I won't get to know if I'm really that clever or not for a while. Bank holiday weekend. YAY! Oh wait, that's right. I work shift. Least favorite part of the rota now. Ten days in a row |

Hzza tried to scalp me with a beer tray and I had to go to hospital in Basingstoke, meaning I spent the night in Basingstoke in shorts and t-shirt with blood and superglue in my hair before getting the train back to i42 this morning.
