Busy day at work, managed to sell £1500 worth of internal doors to one couple who like solid oak.

Started going through old and obsolete stock (you get a lot of it after 25 years in the same place) Found a 2.5m high pallet of doors that bare no relation to anything we actually sell now, a large amount of cooker hoods, one of them was on the system at £750 (plus VAT), 4 gas hobs, a few windows, a freezer and a couple of Velux windows all of which will all be sold off ridiculously cheap.

Don't give up Tommy, have you considered hypnotism?  One of my former bosses quite after being hypnotized.

Today I spent some time in my brother's loft. Going to installing an extra phone socket and some cat5 cabeling for him. Something about internet TVon his clever Sony TV. Got home and tryied to turn on computer. Heard a pathetic "POP" noise. Grrr. May have to go to PCworld Sad I don't have spare cash for this kind of thing.

WHY HAVE YOU FORSAKEN ME POWER SUPPLY? WHY?

Well after toing and froing across town I have learnt the following.

It's the 5 amp fuse in the plug that's blowing.
After cleaning out the PC and PSU, it still blows fuses.
The OCZ power supply from PC world lies. Claim 4 SATA, actual = 3. Claim 6 IDE, actual = 3.
But the look on the Teck Guy's face was worth it.

Got a full refund. All I havee to do now is get thee PSU replaced or repaired.

Like I said - it's something electrically shorting in the power supply...maybe a capacitor or something. Without taking it apart and finding which component has failed it'll keep blowing.

Got a brief evening shift at work tonight, Just 5:15-9pm, when we're closing early. Then a coach is coming to pick us all up and take us to London for the Wagamamas staff party Cheesy
They've hired out the Ministry of Sound for a night and added a bunch of random shit. Main one being a rollerdisco Tongue but also face painting and other random crap (apparently last year they actually had bumper cars in there D:)

Throw in that we get 6 free drinks and food, should be an interesting night Tongue Expect drunk rambling messages at around 6am when I get home Tongue
