Good show!

I don't bother with weight and calorie counting...too easy to become obsessive.

I just go by:
jeans fit - yes or no
If no - more salad and veg
If yes - continue

Apart from that I just make sure I walk as much as possible, use the stairs etc. Don't really want to think about gyms etc until I'm more certain about my work situation.

I gained a bit during winter, but I always do (keeps me warm), but then I just make sure I loose it again come spring.

Well me and Lullaby can both confirm that Keto is awesome for losing weight, without being hungry all the time or doing any sport. I am eating better than before, move less than before and I'm still losing weight. Thanks to Zarf for accidentially introducing us to it. Smiley

I managed to get get my one leg squats up to 25kgs. I can also skate without a stupid knee brace getting in the way whoop

I'm at a bit of a plateau myself now, seem stuck at around 80KG for the past 6 weeks. My Goal was 77KG and I started at over 105KG so I'm not too disappointed. Had to buy a whole new wardrobe.

Tried to start running again earlier this month, went out three times. Completed the distances ok, but I've come to the conclusion that my Achilles tendon is simply fucked. It had months of rest and I did warm ups/stretching before I went out and It's still painful. Going to look at getting a bike and cycling instead.
I've also picked up the rest of the equipment I need for P90X but not managed to actually start yet, maybe now that the summer lull in TV has arrived I'll have nothing else to distract me.

I ran 800m against a girl once, i won by about 50m but couldnt walk for 2 days, and almost collapsed straight after, damn females training for race for life.

Seriously hard to beat Cycling. Fun, addictive, great cardio. Only way it gets better is a nice ride, then a swim.

Running will only cripple you later on.
