The zombies, run! app that Berath mentioned a few pages back now has a C25K version - it was 69p when I bought it. Basically gives you exact instructions on what to do, while giving a zombie related story and listening to your music at the same time.
Now all I need to do is go and actually do it.

CC- When it comes to getting off yr ass what you need most imo is routine. Start doing some piss easy exercise 3x a week after school or something then just keep it up.

I agree, that is the step I keep failing at. No way will you just start doing tons of exercise randomly unless you are crazy.

Once you are running, or whatever exercise, I don't think it's too bad. Just getting out the house and moving is the hardest. More so if I chill in the hammock after work

I've just started getting back into being a bit healthier again as not really done much exercise since I went to the states last August. Weighed myself and I'm now the heaviest I've been since I started recording my weight towards the end of 2010 but not by that much (1kg or something) which is actually less than I was expecting.
Been swimming twice this week so far - swam constantly each time for about 50 minutes, mostly breast stroke with a few lengths of front-crawl thrown in to try and increase my heart rate a bit. Might go again tonight or tomorrow, depending on what I end up doing.
I'm also trying to eat healthier - have at least 2 pieces of fruit a day, a yoghurt for breakfast and been having soup and a sandwich for lunch. Also trying to have less by the way of energy drinks / takeaways.
Feels good to be doing exercise again - was really pleased that I could just jump in and swim for 50 minutes at a time without literally dying.
Might also go hunting for a bike next week and start cycling to work and/or the pool.

I started swimming at the weekends when I'm not snowboarding. It helps alot with my cardio. Can now run a bit longer before being tired and out of breath. Probably the lowest weight I have been since my knee 4 years ago
