animals are persistent now btw, which is leading to problems with them getting stuck, i have been shepherding lost sheep all afternoon. If you see animals stuck on cliffs or in sinkholes please rescue them or kill them, being stuck on a cliff just uses up server resources and might be blocking fresh animal spawns.

Fairly sure animal persistance and low spawn numbers is why spawn is now fairly devoid of animals. Other people are seeing this on their servers: http://tof.canardpc.com/view/993ab614-4193-4b24-9d04-fcadd5c3f517.jpgFor anyone seeking animals near spawn there is a sheep and pig pen out on the plains near hawts house and the abanoned fortress. I have a chicken coop, just take 16 eggs out of the chest (there are tons I have lots of chickens) and throw them on the floor of your coop to spawn new hens. I also have some cows, they need breeding a bit more to get their numbers up but I'll bring a few down to the plains if someone wants some. |

Just built a massive road from my castle to that weird mushroom shaped house.
Who was building that weird pyramid thing in the middle of the forest. Had to move your construction house a bit.

I might come back to finish off the Hawtress in what is expected to be a minecraft binge. Suddenly realised that using a cobblestone generator (or numerous ones) will save me ALOT of time.
I love days off.

If anyone would care to help me, I plan on building a slime farm somewhere beneath the hawtress region.
Alone it might take a while due to the increased levels of lava down there, but with a helping hand or so it shouldn't be too hard. Obviously it would be open to all.

Right, whoever has set up that mini-tree house thing in the vicinity of the hawtress, I'm afraid it's labelled for demolition :/
