Was wandering around last night seeing the sights and I though I'd list the epic stuff that I've found. On the way you'll come across loads of other intesting stuff. Feel free to add your own projects to the list.
Mode's Temple, Statue & Flashing TWAT. You can climb up the inside of the statue, jump off the top and dance on the giant golden cock.
My Tunnels and Tower. Go to the top of my tower and jump off the top down the inside. You will fall from the highest point to the lowest. The tunnels lead from the flashing TWAT to the old megacorp ruins by Brahm's Pyramid.... at the moment.
Brahm's Inverse Power Pyramid. Massive. See if you can get inside
Deadly's Airport with plane. Follow Disco's road and you'll find it eventually
The Ex NuBs giant hole. Follow the towers from Deadly's Airport

Mine's still in the making. I wasn't playing that much the last few days and was busy exploring that giant cave system south (by southwest I think) of spawn. It goes from the surface down to admin level without having to dig once, and has (had) at least two mob spawners in it.
