My experience with Deus Ex 3, by TheBeau aged 5 and a half.

You play as Neo Keanu Reeves Batman Adam Jensen a superspy superhero batman chief of security for megaevil crop megagood corp Sarif Industries and you do things which a superspy or superhero would do and definitely not what a chief of security would actually do.

It's a good game, though the Augment system is (imo) far worse than the original's, where shooting and accuracy really did need improving, though that's not to say it's terrible. Everything else about the game has been pretty decent, espionage, shooting, rolling around cover and stealth is pretty well done, and fun.

The inventory system is fucking Resident Evil 4 all over again. Also I want my dam crossbow not to take up half of it. Apart from that it's doable.

In summary good game, not outstanding but not disappointing either. I dunno maybe my nostalgia glasses are too thick but I felt the original to be a completely different game. Story so far seems pretty... I dunno I'm seeing "twists" coming from about 200000miles away but then again it's the nature of the game I suppose. When I finish it I'll say more.

It's a good game, rip. I don't know what you normally like, but if you like the RPG/action hybrid genre you'll probably like it.

Great game, but hating the boss fights. They're boring and I hate that I'm forced into it.

As per Deus Ex 1, my character is drifting into firefight mode rather than stealth (now that I have more kits and augmentations).... still doing plenty of hacking though. I love the choice!

theres only 3 at least, but the two i've done have been impossible until i died a bunch, figured out a lame strategy, then killed them both in about 30 seconds.

Boss fights were easy

Also, a thought on the ending:
Bit silly tbh, You can just replay the last 10 seconds of the game. None of your choices affect the outcome apart from what video you see at the end.........
Hands down, the ONLY thing that dissapointed me in the game.

I do have to agree with Beau about the inventory system.. it sucks

What pissed me off about boss fights was that after stealthing through a mission, avoiding all contact, infiltrating hardcore security systems, nimbly evading enemy soldiers, not even leaving a trace nor a whisper of your presence...

I went nuts trying to hand to hand the stupid bitch in the second fight, you could stun her, then engage her in hand to hand and she'd snap out of it and STILL beat you. It was PISS ANNOYING.

The third fight was OK, I thought, but only because I'd upgraded my revolver to fire lolrounds.
