I was there earlier this year.. somewhere in February
First time there and I loved it.
You should just go to try and see all the standard stuff like the Big Ben etc. xD.. figure out which things are close to eachother because me and my friend wasted a lot of time racing around on the tube to find we were near point x a day before as well and *blah blah* so..

Madame T. (the waxified persons thing) is not worth the trouble. I went there in Amsterdam once and it was like... oh.. is this all? xD waste of money in my opinion.
The London Dungeons though was VERY impressive!.. When you go there though, make sure you already have a ticket and that you go early on the day.. like make sure you're there before it's opened.. makes a big difference in the time you spend waiting.
Notting hill is awesome to go see really cute.
Don't go to Tooting -.-'  (At the very end of the black line.. forgot the name)
Anyway  yea just... see as much as you can.. it's so worth it One of the nicest big cities I've ever visited

Camden is full of emos/goth and basically is like a time portal back to the 70's/80's in terms of punk. Really worth a visit at least, never been anywhere like it.

In terms of nightlife, very central is some of the best - problems being price (You're looking at least £15 purely to get in, £4.50 beers and £4.00 shots, it's not uncommong to spend less than £60 on a mediocre night).

Old Street is a fantastic night out, much cheaper, multiple free entry clubs and imho it tends to attract much better looking girls
