So Jen's getting a new PC and in it's current state sounded pretty sexy (i5 processor, 4Gb dual channel RAM, ATI 5850 GFX etc), but it waws supposed to have arrived by now. Turns out the people she was buying off have run out of the i5s, the PSU she wanted and the keyboard. So they're upgrading those for free. So the bitch is now getting an i7 for the price of an i5. -.-
Massive blow to your e-peen stature there mate. I suggest you either steal bits from her pc when she's not looking or sabotage it in some way. |

Smashed myself in the face just under my right eye with a length of metal. Wondered why every customer (these are builders who are not normally fazed by minor injurys) was asking if I was ok. Turns out I have quite a dramatic black eye and a large cut (which had bled profusely) under my eye.
No wonder it hurts.
I always knew Hzza is bad influence ... |

i7 = overrated  My overclocked Q6600 still handles everything I throw at it fine. Besides - Intels 'Sandy Bridge' and AMD's Bulldozer chips are coming out next year which blow away anything out atm. Sandy Bridge isn't compatible with the Nehalem motherboards either, so if you've gone i5/i7 you're screwed upgrade wise. |

Hmmm so went to the Brighton branch of Wagamamas today, my bro and his fiancee are friends with the assistant manager there. He's recommended me to the general manager and personally taken my CV to her so hopefully, my chances of getting a job offer there are slightly better.
Otherwise I've had to enjoy the pleasure of argueing with my ex-housemate over the charges made to his deposit. To cut a long story short:
a) He was charged a butt load cos his wall was covered in blu tack marks
b) He had a cigarette burn on his carpet. Whilst he doesnt smoke, he never declared it on moving in so it couldnt be added to the inventory. So now he's all up in my grill for accepting a charge he has no way of proving he shouldnt have to pay. I've told him I'll pay him back if he can give a real reason, but he has yet to do so, he just resorts to calling me a cock/dick/cunt -.- what a delight
