Today has been an awesome day.
Woke up at about 7am for my exam at 9am. Woke up in a panic because my body clock woke me up at 6:47am and because my alarm didn't wake me up I presumed I'd slept through my alarm and missed my exam!!
Fortunately that wasn't the case.
The exam was pretty hard, in a very different style to the previous exam papers I'd been revising from. Things like in exam papers, he'd given some specific equations you had to use for the question, in the question. This time around he just had a big sheet of *all* the equations which meant you had to figure out which ones to use. Basically...I'm pretty sure that in quite a few places my numerical calculations are wrong - but my actual equations I used and the working out was sound - which should still be ok. I reckon I've done fairly well - a lot of other people reckoned it was really shit and they don't think they've done very well.
After the exam, our coursemate who had already finished (due to module choices) met us outside the exam hall with a crate of beer, which we took to the park at 11am to drink
After that, we went to tesco's for more beer & meat (sorry mama) and went back to mine and had an awesome bbq lunch c/o me
After the meat had gone we went down to the park with a frisbee and played frisbee in the sun literally in weston park all afternoon whilst drinking beer.
Just got home from the park now.
At 8:30pm I'm supposed to be showered & head down to the union bar for more drinks before going to ROAR (the night out at the union). I have ticket number 39 and the venue holds >1000? so I don't think there'll be that many people there!
Basically - I'm pretty drunk already, I'm going to have a nap, then go out and be even more battered.
I finished my MEng though. Wooooooo!
TLDR: Deadly is drunk. Finished 4 years of study. More drinking to come.
