In London atm. Forgot how much I seriously hate London. Brighton ftw. Anywho, had to go see "Hair" (musical) with Jens parents tonight. It was pretty meh, a few decent bits but spent most of it wondering wtf was going on, and whether there actually was a plot. "highlight" was everyone getting naked for no apparently no reason. There was literally no context or explanation as to why they were naked. 2 people at the front of the stage were stripping each other "ok" I thought, then out of fucking no where the whole cast comes on butt naked, and then it was the interval. The fuck?

Yesterday, I was the cable guy. I fixed my parents' cable TV installation, now we get all of the 300something digital channels as well. Pity 280 are encrypted...

Also I was surprised the computer in my old room held through playing TF2 yesterday. It often just stops responding in the middle of nowhere for no apparent reason whih annoys me as hell. But then again I don't usually have to deal with it.

Which reminds me that my PC at the dorm needs a serious overhaul (which will probably start with "dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda bs=512 count=10"), there's a leftover OSX86, a disused Linux and a disfunctional XP on there aside from the now-falling-apart Vista I'm currently "using"... Ugh.

Also to go into the Places discussion: Saarbrücken, being the capital of the smallest Bundesland, sucks balls. It's probably good for studying though since there's BLOODY NOTHING GOING ON around here. I just want some decent pubs, is that too much? As for Berlin, well that's also good for socializing, and it doesn't seem too bad to live somewhere in the outskirts.

I remember the 'Altstadt' (old town, though it doesn't much deserve that name) being okay, though by no means exciting. But then again my knowledge dates back to the last century.

London is a awesome place to go for a day (or few days) but I hated it when I studied up there and I'd really hate to live there.  The councils do seem to enjoy making life miserable for their occupants and as for driving anywhere, no chance.

Had no idea where I was going until the morning when she told me where to buy a train ticket to. Went on the London eye, stayed at a wierd "aparthotel" in Earl's Court and walked past loads of signs advertising Hair. I sensed you Mama.

Woken up last night at 1am by the damn fox trying to get into the rabbit cage.  I went downstairs, let the dog out (it almost caught the fox this time too) and the rabbit ran straight into the house, I spent the next 5 mins chasing the rabbit round the house. 

Turns out the fox had opened the rabbit cage but failed again to get the rabbit.
