I'm a little embarrassed to be posting my shockingly bad performance review but I think it proves which of the TF2 classes is easiest to play, even for a foolish noob such as myself.

So I got luck and got 52 points in one sitting (last map of Dustbowl) as a sniper which I doubt I'll equal unless I play public servers. Got 22 points as a spy early on too.

I mean, if you say 26 points (or is it 24 as a spy?) as your best is "this class is easy", I've nearly got that much as demo, pyro and spy, and all but scout otherwise are over that, wonder what that means...

The problem is getting a good average score, heh these spikes annoy me only when I know I'll never do that well again! (or even don't realise it since the map changes and a little popup doesn't come up! ).

I want to see more stat justification for class weaknesses or strength!

Your testing method is flawed. You measure points per life, which is of course biased towards the sniper since he has extremely longlivity thanks to him being far from the enemy.

heavy and medic also score highly because usually you are in a heavy medic pair so the scores for those classes are always biased upwards per life too.

My point was in relation to time spent playing a class and how many points I'd managed to squeeze out in my best sitting.

Though both are probably easiest in reality.

It's also flawed because some of the points were gained pre-update.

I personally think you can't measure everything the same way when new TF2 updates are applied... (i.e. new weapons and abilities).

Engie is deffo NOT the easiest class to play.. you try putting up an SG and keeping it up!

Soldier is probably easiest to play (by easy I mean shoot = kill).

Chaos, it IS the easiest imo because even if youre sg goes down, you cant do anything to save it besides wrenching it and avoiding spam
solly's the 2nd hardest to play after the demo, doesn't matter where, in what gamemode. or, it is easy to pickup, but hard to play well
