Got a new Terantula keybaord, Lechasis mouse and a Belkin n52te speed pad thing (use it instead of the wasd keys on the keybaord) thats "powered by razer" by them and theyr awsome!

keybaord took some getting used to cuz I have been using a really basic Dell one... and mouse is soooo much better than my old one!

Speed pad thing is quite a good idea but way overpriced... But im a tool who buys anything that says "for gamers" or has blue lights lol

I have a razer mouse/keyboard and love them, the mouse improved my aim tenfold and the keyboard... well it looks cool!  The n52te looks interesting, just no space for it on my computer desk (note to self, must buy bigger table)
What are you using all the buttons on the side for?

What is the "no ghosting" that these gaming keyboards talk about, it has always confused me.

Where do you get all the $$$ for this? seriously?

I can't even afford to eat more than once a day, let alone fork out for proper gaming gear!

lol anti ghosting is where you can press more than 3 keys at a time and it registers them all

on a normal keybaord you can only press 3 keys at any time before you reach your limit... for example... in in tf2 you want to move diagonally (for arguements sake lets jus say forward/left) and jump while talking over the mic using your push to speak button (deafult v)

your screwed cuz your keyboard cant do that!

with anti ghosting you can press (i think) up to 10 keys at a time... which unless you got 3 hands with 15 fingers should be plenty

and to get all this stuff i sold my soul to the social networking world and became a tool

not really worth it when i look back but i have the stuff to console myself

thats not all you get with the board... 10 macro keys, onboard memory so you can store 5 profiles (i go to a lot of lan parties so thats useful)... and i got the battle light thing so i can see everything at night (and for the obvious blue lights haha)

I'd like a Lachesis for the extra buttons, but I'm destitute atm.

Yeah Chaos has a couple unused USB ports which need filling with useless purchases!

Don't know how you can use that speed pad, seems really strange to me (can't imagine how it feels).

Dunno, but I don't like the feeling of those Razer mice... I've been comfortly using a Logi MX1000 for 3 years now, I've gotten so used to the form I wouldn't change it for anything else.

I used to have an MX1000, and diddn't like the Ambidextrous Razor mice, but the Deathadder and Lacheisis are a more conventional shape for right-handers.
The difference from my MX1000 was like night and day, so much more sensitive, and the mouse itself is much lighter. Noticed it being more responsive too over the wireless of an MX1000, especially since you can knock the USB polling rate up.

The MX1000 was a great mouse for WoW and general pc use, but i couldn't use it for FPS games any more.

I'll try knocking up the poll rate later and see if the MX1000 RF can keep up.
