Erm, actually - at Rezzed the guy who made Day Z said they were making preparations for sales. I can only assume he meant steam sales?

Maybe they are strengthening the day z infrastructure for steam sales. But still kinda feel like I don't want to give bohemia money for their sim i'm not going to ever play when the day z dev will only ask for money in 6 months time anyway.

We stole a bus off some guys last night. Was going well until I crashed and ruined the wheel. Tried fixing it but they found the bus and sniped us while we fixed it. Morale of the story is don't steal buses, unless the owners have no guns

Well, end of the second day...
We found a motorcycle at long last, and can finally move around the map. Contained some tank traps and barbed wire, couple with a tent we later found we can now properly establish a base.
In other news we also found a crossbow after ransacking a nearby airfield where a sniper alt+f4'ed before we could finish him off.
Good times.

It's like Minecraft only with the emphasis on the survival.
