I remember my father getting ill when he quit smoking.. I guess the body is getting rid of the bad stuff inside you  Didn't work with my father though. |

well, Day 11. Stopped chewing nicotene gum except for crisises and on to normal gum with no problems. Out of the routines of smoking now, and no huge cravings, just one long undying longing for a cigarette.. If I'm honest I'm not feeling any more healthy, then again it's early days and I've done no exersize what so ever.
