If I could make some money out of my kids, that would really be great. Right now they only cost me money.

So today we found out that Eve has breast cancer.
Shouldn't affect the pregnancy at all, but she's going to be having chemo and will need a pretty invasive op to remove the lump as well as some radiotherapy after the baby's born.

Holy shit mate, that's horrible news. I'm sorry! Hope it works out alright for her. They obviously have to wait with the treatment, when is the baby supposed to come?

Babies due in November, chemo could start as early as next week; at the moment we're waiting for test results on a seperate lump they found under her armpit. They have to wait until after the babies born to remove it and do the radiotherapy though.

I'm not really well informed on the treatment, chemo is just to slow down or stop the growth, right?

Chemo will shrink the lump down to a size where it can be removed, its too big to remove at the moment (aparently its about 5cm). And after the chemo her immune system will be fucked which is why they're going to wait until after the babies born to do the op. I think anyway, my heads a bit swimming at the moment.
