Exactly, I played the demo, doesn't mean its indicative of how the final build turns out. Also, can't judge a single player campaign on 2 small MP maps.

Okay I finished this last night. A superb singleplayer, it has everything I missed in major FPS titles over the last few years. They have the balls to let you do what you want (I actually made it trough the last mission only using stealth, it was difficult, but afterwards it felt so rewarding), theres very little (and if, theyre well made) scripted events or quicktimeevents. Overall that didnt hurt the presentation at all it made it even better, giving you the feeling that youre a supersoldier and noone should mess with you. The story really picked up at the last third. I really recommend this to anyone who wants to play a damn good FPS again, fuck Call of Dudeh, fuck Homefront, fuck all these other major titles and their linear levels, Crysis 2 is where its at.

So you enjoyed the Story? Good to hear, I noticed in the Credits at the start that it was written by Richard Morgan, one of my favorite Sci-Fi / Cyberpunk authors.
I'm not very far into it yet, third mission or so.

I only played an hour ish last night and quite like it. The only thing I want to comment on at the moment is that it looks AMAZING and run really really well on my computer.

Getting quite excited about Brink now, I'm enjoying the increased freedom of movement in Crysis2 compared to generic FPS (super jumps, ledge grabs, slides, peering over/around stuff), and Brink takes that to a whole new level.
