To be honest, that is not a whole lot imo.
117 cases in a year in London.
In 39 of those the word "clown" was used as a way to describe someones behavior.
In 1 of them it refered to the way someones hair looked.
So that's only 77 cases of a potential crime commited by someone actually wearing a clown outfit.
77 doesn't seem like a whole lot compared to the total amount of potential crimes or complaints called in for a city the size of London.
Still, if you are afraid of clowns and a clown showes up at your house at 2am, I doubt it would give you a good laugh
