LOL.. hard to do on a server with 24 let alone 26 slots? LOL

Not really sure what you're getting at here - 2 teams * 9 classes * 2 slots = 36 players max, which is more than enough.
It's annoying when you can't play your first choice class, but I think 2 slot limits would lead to more fun games.

its just engies everywhere

mostly fail engies but its still a couple players wasted on trying for dumb achievements. most don't help (but at least they don't just sit there anymore either)

pls 2 engy limit

The fail engies on both sides balance this out

3 is ideal, and I havn't actually seen any situations of uber turtle. So why bother being more restrictive, 2 on some maps is going to make defence difficult.

Reluctantly yes.
Just don't whine at me when I'm taking a slot and sit on it longer than I would usually do Tongue

But I would advice to revisit that decision in a couple of weeks. Though for most situations 2 engies are enough I still enjoy being a third engy to help setup, then switch to another class.

Although that's a trend I'm witnessing for several weeks now.

That reminds me of the bots: If you let them play KOTH by themselves every so often you will find an engineer of each team has built a sg on either side of the CP and none of the other bots dare to approach the point. Cheesy

Just limit it to 0 until the storm has passed 

There are too many crap engis out there grabbing the limited slots and waisting the fucking class anyway.

They either cant defend for shit, not putting teles down, or basically teaming up together all in one place.  And I'm not moaning at WDG server in any way, this is my perception across a number of servers. /RANT

Can we set it so there are no class limits, but if your a crap engi you get kicked? lmao Wink

You get a lot of people who only play soldier/demo/medic (for example), and if there are already 2 of those, you end up with a 2nd useless sniper or something because they can't play the class that would help the team. For me it's more than annoying, it's a bit counter-productive.

edit: i agree with claws, if your playing the game to win then this will be frustrating.  But if everyone is playing for 'fun' or lols only then it would be interesting.  however the server would empty imo

was playing scout earlier for this exact reason and i am a very fail scout, didn't help the team at all

This is exactly my point. If there are too many engineers, penalise them but don't take away other valid choices from the team players.

The new engineer offence actually means more are needed on defence tbh. 3 sounds about right to me.
