Anyone else see this on Sky, I'm a big Pratchett fan and Going Postal is one of my favorite Pratchett books. Despite this I really enjoyed the adaptation. Far better than the Colour of Magic/Light Fantastic series they did at Christmas.
I just hope they do a decent adaptation of the Guards series.

Watching it now, near the end of the first episode, got to say I'm a bit impressed! Never managed to see the other ones but might have to check them out now!

My one big gripe was with the golems, they looked like identical 70's Dr Who costume rejects when the book gives them all such different looks and personalities.

Commander Vimes ftw Want to see the adaptations, didn't really like the ones they've done so far tbh. Hogfather wasn't all that for example. I also enjoyed Going Postal, not a bad book.

Right, borrowed a HDD recorder with a DVD RW. Hopefully I've set it up properly. So fingers crossed I'll be able to recored this. I certainly won't make it home for 6pm to see this. I've already got 4 jobs lined up so far for Friday. Caldicot, then Neath, then over to Ebber Vale and then down in to Newport. So liklyhood of me making it home to see this - minimal.

Why not just download it Mag, that setup sounds like a lot of hassle!
