True - but then again. DX10 has been out for 3 years now (since the release of Vista) and there are only 50 or so games that support that.

It's because consoles are on DX9, I think. So no one can be bothered to dev for dx10 or 11.

Burnout Paradise hell yes. I've heard very good things about Dirt 2 but never tried it thanks to an overload of other things to try.

Played the Dirt 2 demo yesterday, really good fun but I think I might need to find myself a gamepad to use, driving games and keyboard do not mix well. Having said that, I've just bought it from Direct2Drive for £17.50. Might be a while before I can play though (10Gb download  ) |

Doesnt look like this is a goer to be honest..
Burnout wouldn't make a great comp game because it's hard to setup specific matches..
and Grid is great for that but not enough people own it.. unless we do a 6 man league?

I would, but Grid crashes shortly after I start playing and isn't really that fun anyway. Dirt 2 is really good fun but I really should get myself a new gfx card to stop it stuttering so much. I could always lower the settings, but it's so pretty  |
