"Gamera also has the ability to fly. Generally, Gamera pulls in his arms, legs, head, and tail into his shell, fires flames out of his arm and leg cavities and spins around like a flying saucer."

"The flying monster Gyaos' sonic beam, the alien shark Zigra's paralyzing beam, and the mutant lizard Barugon's rainbow ray cannot penetrate Gamera's shell, shown in the films when he withdraws into his shell to avoid the attacks"

If you want an epic monster movie - watch Gamera: The Guardian of the Universe.

I don't know, I didn't see King Kong at launch, only saw it about a year later and was a bit shocked about the appearence of the supposedly giant monkey, who turned out to be a normal human, slinging through the jungle, punching himself in the chest and screaming. No wait, that's Tarzan.

effort into choreographing their stupid giant gorrila vs dinosaur fight scenes

no because while that was heresy, it still had king kong vs dinosaurs which is a winning kind of stupid. Making a movie about noah's ark and setting it in 3 years time because of a poor assumption about the mayan calender is just lazy, pure accountant thinking. At least the king kong team put some

So the end of the world is being fortold as being in 2012 because some lazy Mayan couldn't be arsed to update his calender?!
Maybe we shouldn't keep track of it then.

Mayan calender ended in 2012, because the one responsible for it couldn't be arsed anymore.
