Its alright. I personally got bored by the end of it because I didnt care about this whole create-your-business-thing and you pretty much needed it to get good stuff. Id say get it for that price.

I've only played a bit and it's ok but others have been really annoyed by it.

It's pretty to look at and has a sense of humour but it is very easy so far, all quests are marked.

The UI is bizarre and cumbersome....you need to return to a central 'control room' to do anything, even save. The general interactions with npcs become repetitive as you're basically grinding emotes with them.

It has a console feel to it....not surprising since it came out on XBox first

And it signs you  up with Windows Live and gives you a name that it makes up. This meant it automatically tied in my Fallout 3 game with Windows 3 which meant it refused to recognise my save files and hid them. When I next played I thought I'd lost 80+hours of game play until I found them and moved them to  the new Windows Live save file it had created.

So anyway, maybe pick it up for a look since it's cheap.

Right, it turns out those gift voucher things you can win are tradable, if I get any I don't want I'll list them here.

Currently, I have 50% off Virtua Tennis 4 if anyone wants it?

On a different note, why can't I use my -25% voucher on portal 2 while it's still on offer? the system said that would be fine, but it doesn't deduct any of the price.

EDIT: OH RIGHT, not applicable until after January 2nd

Anyone interested in my Valve -33% coupon? I think I have almost every Valve game already, so I'm not going to use it.

Btw, do you get an item per achievement? I got 2, but can't see what else I got besides the Valve coupon. I don't see any coal, so maybe 1 of the 2 Portal games is new?

Apparently there's a 1 in 4 chance that you get a game from the gift instead of a coupon. If you don't get a gift I think you get coal, and if you get 7 coal you can exchange that for a game anyway (I think?)
