Schumacher is returning, to drive for Brawn (now Mercedes), Button and Hamilton both racing for Mclaren, Alonso with a Ferrari, Vettel improving all the time ..... It's going to be a great season.

I think Schumacher has demoman tendencies - could be overpowered with the eyelander.

I heard something about a new point system..
I'll watch it just because of Schumi's return. Normally I don't like F1.

If Schmacher and Hamiton have equally good cars there should be some epic driving. I may even deign to watch the highlights. Hope it rains lots.

im obsessed with f1 i watch every race live even the fly away races that start at some crazy time in the morning. Come on massa so glad he is back. with all the rule changes (no refueling etc) new point system 25 for a win and schumi coming back its gonna be great. Im not a hamilton fan but i cant wait to see him rain fire and hell on button so he realises it was the car and not his driving that won him last years wdc.

Should be an epic season. Been looking forward to something like this for a long time now. and even though Button is with the guys in silver, He is still going to be rear gunner.. there's not really any chance for him to overtake Lewis.. Lewis is superior in almost every way to Button. Button really lucked out this year in getting a sweet car at the start of the season with a double defuser/other improvements that others didn't have. Lewis still beat him in a pup of a car! I can't see schumi being so great either.. He was used to getting EVERYthing his own way at farrari and he's not gonna get that treatment now Ross Brawn is in charge of his on namesake team! They don't have the money to support his whims like farrari did. Alonso at farrari will be a great thing to watch! He's most likely the most consistant guy on the track and he always puts great performances in.. Vettel in the other hand needs a better car, and the McLaren engine looks like the winner for this season so far.. Last year the Farrari engine was a bit of a wet dog compared

Hamiltons a great driver, and will probably win out but I think you're being a tad unfair on Button - he's got a really smooth driving style, and brave enough with his overtakes. He's just been stuck with a lame-duck team most of his career. His debut with a mediocre Williams team wasn't too bad ... he came third behind the Ferraris of Schumacher and Barrichello back in 2004, and we know from this season that in the same car he's a better driver than Barrichello. Whether he's better than the prodigies of Schumy and Hamilton is yet to be seen, but he is certainly top three in my books if the McLarens are on form.

Mclaren will be on form.. this year they got a "sister" company to develop the engines.. that sister company is just a way to evade the new budget cap and spend the money on wind tunnels and gearboxes! haha

The first season that I will be watching is, when the decide to make F1 an off-road league. Or at least make the roads wider, so they actually can take over each other more often. Currently it all depends on who has a faster car and who makes fewer mistakes. I don't wanna see a perfect race, we can have them, when they put robots instead of drivers.

Lewis still beat him in a pup of a car! Actually by that point the Mclaren had gotten diffusor upgrades and had competitive handling, then it was just down to which tracks suited KERS.

just like the ferrari. button does have a very smooth driving style single turn in single turn out and its beautiful to watch but he's outclassed against hamilton. i want massa to beat everyone but i dont know it will happen when hes on form hes unstoppable like his double overtake and montreal in 2008. he is a very up and down driver though which makes him great ot watch. In my honest view alonso and schumacher will be the best and most consistent drivers on the grid. I wonder how alonso will cope if he gets beaten by massa hopefully no more toys will go flying out of the pram and he will accept the better driver won on the day also very happy Kobayashi has a drive he was great ot watch. and bruno senna in it too will he live up to the great name

Looking forward to next season immensely... I will be supporting Schumi & Mercedes/Brawn. The old Schumacher-Ross Brawn combo will likely prove a significant force as ever.
Is KERS in or out next year, does anyone know? Cos I thought it spoiled last year a bit.

Really looking forward to next season, should be good with the new teams etc although I haven't seen much about the new rules yet.
Also interested to see how Schumacher/Brawn do now they're back together, and having been bought by Mercedes they should have the money to make a great team.

Shuey left at the right time, on top. imo - His return will be a big let down. He should have stayed gone.
