Oxfordshire will be bulldozed, flattened and tarmacked. No longer will their shitty road network causing suffering to other road useres.

Walse will have it's stupid 50mph average speed camera [12 mile money box] on the M4 torn down. If they are unable to use the motor way, then maybe they should stay off it. If I can drive at 70mph on a dual carage way "A" road with blind sumits and sweeping corners, then what the hell is wrong with a 3 lane motorway?

Roadworks. If a lane is closed down with cones and there is no one working in it. Then any citizen can plough through the cones and get to where they dam well want to with out being hindered by 3 idiots in a transit van parked on the hard shoulder reading the red top news papers.

If the ambient air tempriture is above 22c, then any citizen can walk around naked should they wish.

Paint will be an aceptable clothing choise.

Chocolate will be an aceptable clothing choise.

Whiped cream will be an aceptable clothing choise.

Cheese cake will be an aceptable clothing choise.

All properties accross the land will be fitted with a 1.5kw wind terbine. In urban areas where blocks of flats are in place, then larger units will be constructed close by.

All new builds to incorperate photovoltic solar pannels up to 7.5kw output.

Home builders had better come up with some better designes bloody quickly. The fake Georgian / Victroian look is very dated. Build some thing modern for crying out loud. Go take a look at Huff if your stummped for idears.

I have an issue with the wind turbines, solar panels are more reliable on a small scale.  I like the bit about the caravans.

Can we have a 100mph (160kph) speed limit with jail sentences for anyone driving slower than HGVs and HGV drivers who overtake on 2 lane dual carriageways.

If I get the videos correctly then it will fly up by itself, then switch the propellers to turbines.

This is extremely interesting and if it works also very promising. I wish I were smart, so I could say anything else. Would like to see the whole battery of those things taking off, judging from the test video, the tricky part is switching from vertical to horizontal flight path by titling the whole construction by 90° and then staying like that for a year (it's only supposed to land once a year for maintenance), can't imagine it working with as big area of effect as on the picture, but would love to see the video.

As regards HGVs. I'd have their limiters removed. I've never understood why the hell they are limited to 40mph on single carriage way A roads. It's frustrating as hell watching one HGV trying to overtake another knowing the bugger is at the limit and probably only going half a mile an hour quicker than the other fella. Then they get to a hill and it gets completely screwed as the other bloke maintains his speed but he then falls back. Grr! Take the limiter off and drive like the other road users.

As for those gits that religiously sit in lane 2 on the motor way. WHY?! If your not going to overtake it in 30 seconds then keep to the sodding left. The only option people have left is to try and get into lane 3. Which is typically full of people going very quick. So choose your moment and then pull out in front of someone going "ARRR" mile an hour. Under the Rippy administration, any citizen that purposely sits in the way of other road users with no intention of pulling over can be nudged out of the way or undertaken. Further more their insurance in null an void as regards repairs on their own vehicle and they will have to pay for the repair of the person doing the nudging. Over take it in 30 seconds or else!

Also there will be mandatory retesting of driving licenses. Once every ten years citizens will have to retake their driving test. At the moment you get to your elderly years and your doctor just rubber stamps your licence. So a real good indication of your capability to drive. Hopefully this will put an end to the confused OAP driver. You know the one. The one that drives at 10 miles an hour less then the speed limit and slows down for corners and on coming traffic. The kind that look petrified of their own steering wheel.

Also all citizens will have their reproductive organs taken off them. Not the fun parts, just the baby making gear. By all means go out into the world and have fun with the man or woman or group of people of your choice. But you don't get your bits back until you've passed a psychological test to asses your suitability for parenthood. The individuals that screw numerous children into society for no other reason of benefit gain will be no more. Why should these people expect the state to raise their children? The state will educate and look after your kids health, but like hell should they be responsible for the mental upbringing.

ASBOS. Sod that. No more ASBOS for you my little hooligan. The state will now commence removing fingers. One finger for every offence. Want to be a bad ass gangster? Try holding a spoon. As for the motorways and unlimited HGV, yes, I was also going to say that I hope that the price of a Challenger 2 comes down a bit, so I can feel brave enough to go on longer journeys....
