ah apparently you can get the M! Garand or something through the veterans program. http://veteran.battlefield.com/It recognised me on BF2 but I can't activate 2142 or any of my addon packs, I think you need 2 games for the Garand  . FUUUU DICE I will reinstall all your games to get my hands on 1 gun haha. The m1 Garand is awesome. Im gonna use only this gun to unlock all the sniper stuff |

If you dont know already you can change the FoV in Documents/BFBC2/settings.ini -> last commandline you can maximize it up to 200.  I use 75. |

wooo game is unbelieveably broken for me. I'd forgotten how crap DICE actually are at fixing bugs. No friends showing as online, nothing from the server browser. CLAP

Every Battlefield game I've ever played has been like this. I don't know why I expect anything different. Buying PC games at release is getting to be a really pointless exercise. May as well wait three months for the DLC and patches.
