there are attack helos as well as the transports. transports show the maps will be large again (though only 32 man servers for a battlefield game is heinous)

I hope the helos are like the 2142 gunships rather than the bf2 ones, which could be just as stupidly dominant as a jet, even when manned by one guy switching between gunner and pilot seats.
Also, what's the cheapest I'm looking at here?

£25 with gameplay.co.uk (about a pound cheaper than other places) and it's the limited edition one with all those unique weapons and tank armour (which i'm guessing has to be single player only?) anyway, i'm getting that version and ordering another ver from play.com to get the beta access and then cancel on them. muahahah

well I just didn't like the fact someone could get inside one, fly around and tv missile every single threat as soon as it spawned and in their spare time, strafe infantry. There was literally no way to stop them once they got in control.

As if that was a problem. You just can't hit the planes with AAA if the pilot knows what he is doing.
