They actually dl the whole game through steam which is a big plus since Sonys Launcher is very slow (atleast it was in the beta).
@Power: Hell yeah, I think Jebus, Dodgy and Burnalot are also interested in playing this, maybe we can get together at some point

I got a beta key from a friend but the launcher (after downloading and installing) always says it can't connect to the server or summat.

TR on Miller Cant have multiple factions on a server anymore, so yeah, that decision is a bit more important now  If we all want to play together, Id say TR? |

Gah, finally got the beta installed and patched only to fid myself with no opportunity to play. Now I've got a few days holiday but no phat connection to download the new client.
Still, nabbed X-Com the other day, going to give that a blast. Got Deus Ex and the Mass Effect series to play sometime too. Let me know if Planetside is worth getting after it's been out a week or so once the new MMO sheen has worn off and the worst of the launch bugs/queues are squashed.
