Yes, I missed that (sorry, mark).

Might be a good thing. IMHO the jarate is the most interesting weapon from a team's standpoint, and I guess a sniper will be rather willing to replace the SMG with it then the Kukri. On the other hand I'm not sure this bodes well for the razorback.

Close range/support sniper could actually be really helpful now, the damage increase and flame extinguishing potential (although gross) kind of makes him a mini-kritz medic with a longbow. As much as I don't like idea of Jarate, I think its much better for the game then the Sandman/bonk drink ever was or ever will be.

I think if it replaces the SMG that makes it a lot more balanced, actually, because how much more effective is 35% damage with the kukri ANYWAY, I mean have you tried fighting someone who has the Kukri out? It hurts regardless. Especially given the fact that Snipers are just sitting at the back, having a tea party and dealing out massive damage to get their crit % up.

Tbh, I think it'll come down to 2 kinds of snipers:-

The old kind, rocking the Sniper Rifle, Razorback and SMG, fighting from the back
The new kind, with the Huntsman, Jarate and Kukri, Getting more into the fight

Low health isn't dying. So far the only event which could constitute as dying would be burning.
But I agree that this could always include the small, yet possible chance to get rescued by a health pack/medic/water and now even by a jar of piss.

dead - shooting already dead ragdolls on the ground

dying - i think it means if you die by that arrow which will pin you to the wall after that
