Yes, 1024x600, should have a decent sized keyboard and it's supposed to run more than 7 hours with one charge. Hope the monitor isn't glare.
I'll have to wait until we get them before I know the price for certain. Should be between € 300-400, hopefully in the lower range.

Dabs also does good clearance deals on netbooks - worth checking out if you are shopping for one - but their prices aren't as good as acerdirect.

That's a damned good price though zarf - and you can get the 1gb, 120gb hdd one for £150 from the same place :O £20 for the upgrade is definitely worth it!

Might have to get myself one when my next student loan payment comes through Cheesy

ANd just for the record:
Bought myself the ASUS eeePC 1000HE. Paid €399,- which is most likely not the cheapest price I could have gotten, but I bought it in our own store. That might bear fruit should I ever have problems/repairs.
First impressions are quite good (but since it's my first net/notebook I have nothing to compare it against).
If anybody's interested I can post a more detailed review in a few days.
