I think you can have one underground mission and one other, but yeah, you're pretty much right. I tend to just drive past the checkpoints, and combined with the bus stations you can usually get there pretty quickly. I often drive around the railway 'cos it's so much quieter there.

I've played about 5 hours of it so far, and I like it a lot. Combining the fire propagation with lots of explosives makes things very fun. I really didn't enjoy the first 15 minutes or so, but that was entirely due to that fact that I was utterly useless with the standard machine gun you start with. Now that I have a sniper rifle it's loads more fun.
Maybe i'm just not that good, but for me the AI doesn't seem really that stupid. They do seem to get confused quite easily and try to hide behind bits of grass, but they still manage to scare the crap out of me when they try to run me over.
The travelling is a bit boring sometimes, but using the buses cuts out loads of time, and it does look very pretty and there are some spectacular views to be had. I still haven't explored the southern half of the map yet, so hopefully that'll be just as good.

I'm playing it. Loving it. Boats, Africa and guns. What more could a man want?

Your not alone. People just won't own up to it that's all I'm quite suppriased that no one has said anything about beer. Africa is hot, so a cool beer will be nice. Boats and bear have always gone together. Some times their friend Rum comes along for the ride as well. Guns and beer, what can you say. Yep, the conclusion is that Far Cry 2 needs beer!

If you didn't like Snakes on a Plane don't even go anywhere near Snakes on a Train. By far and away the worst film I have ever seen by a long long margin!

Sounds like a spinnoff (I never really saw Snakes on a plane I was just baffled by the name giving away the plot)

I'd stay away mate, I haven't seen it but it's safe to say there isn't going to be a dude with a chainsaw for a hand and a shotgun cutting a bloody swathe through thousands of the recently departed! Also, films that pun other films names are always going to be balls.
