Another necro-thread I haven't posted in!

Preferred key layout - WASD/n52te
Rank and KPD (as reported by HLStatsX) - anywhere between 4th and 10th, KPD usually around 1.2, higher if I'm not playing much medic.

As said before, mousewheelup for jump, q for slot 1, mousewheeldown for slot 2, mouse 4 was  reload (need a new use for it now!), mouse 5 melee. I've got a couple of scripts but they're only for changing viewmodels of individual weapons and some text commands (like abdas "spawning" etc). I only use WASD when I'm playing spy (stupid disguise's) and the rest of the time use this badass mo fo.

I use usual wasd, then q for primary, mouse 5 for secondary and mouse 4 for melee. Because im left-handed my thumb is always resting on mouse 5 on my razer so thats why i have that as secondary. Use a couple of scripts to take the viewmodels away from all my hitscan weapons and change the crosshairs for individual weapons.
Forgot the rank and kpd thing: Rank if im active somewhere in top10 and kpd usually between 2 and 3, bout 3 atm.
