Minecraft, is my nomination!
Guns of Icharus is really quite awesome as well, I've played a bit of that with friends.
And I recently started playing Dota (a few friends of mine have already been playing it for quite a while) and its quite enjoyable if you have others to play with. Still feels quite annoying switching to Dota from LoL after having played LoL for 3 years straight...

We've had Dota 2 for a Llama Night before. Gave me my first taste. Even played it for a bit until I got sidetracked by LoL again, which we have also had as a Llama Night game. Both worked well.
I mean to pick up Dota 2 again sometime.

So Duggles mentioned a couple of ideas to me.
The Specialists, a HL1 mod of some sort.
Sven co-op, a co-opperative multiplayer GoldSrc mod.
