Honestly, I don't mind that. Seeing as Titans can run around separately (and think there's other NPCs running around too?) it doesn't seem that it'll be short of action, and places more emphasis on small scale teamwork rather than a zergy bloodbath. Plus, easier to balance maps and weapons.

Shame about the lack of mass scale stompy robot battles, but if anything I'm more sold after hearing about the player limit (not that I'll buy it within like 2 years of it coming out though)

I don't mind the low player count, if it fits, it fits.

But the bots ("creeps") in the game that look like normal players but are unable to kill you from 2 meters while you are standing still have me VERY skeptical. We'll see what the reviews say

I guess it does, Imma wait till its out on PC though, not buying an unfinished EA product ever again.

I dont mind the playerlimit either. The leaked footage that came out last week still made it look largescale with all the bots running around.

Looking at march Im more excited about Metal Gear.

Also Dragon Age 3 I guess?? I played through the first one last month and liked the story, didn't really care for the combat, looks like theyre just making it like Skyrim now, whatever.

Edit: Oh and Reaper of Souls. I have my issues with Diablo 3 mainly in terms of longterm motivation and the adventure modue thats coming with this expansion looks like the best solution to that. Damn March is packed with gaimz

If I remember correctly this game runs on Valve's Source engine? We won't get bleeding edge graphics with this one, but the art direction seems consistent so I don't mind it.

Yeah - the art design and levels look pretty interesting but I was pretty taken back with the low graphics quality. Max settings and it doesn't even look like they have any AA on?!

eyo son its tight. Its kind of a gnarly mix of Cawadooty, Brink, UT and oddly enough Dota?!? (atleast in their Team Deathmatchmode you can purely go for the AI dudes and "farm" points for your team that way, which Ive enjoyed the most sofar) Will cop that shit day 1 unless EA fucks it up somehow again, but beta already feels very polished.

I'm glad you mentioned brink...because I thought that game had so much potential and wasn't too bad but seemed to fail anyway.

I get a similar gameplay vibe to brink with titanfall (rolling objectives, small team sizes) but I hope they've done it better (even if the graphics aren't that good!)

Yeah game doesnt look so great but it makes up with pretty rad sound and animations (especially with the mech, theres like a dozen different animations for entering a titan depending on where youre coming from), like whatever the game is so fastpaced it is totally finelooking. The comparison to Brink comes mainly from the parcouraspect, its all based on holding town shift and W to wallrun and mantling and stuff comes automatically so its very intuitive and doesnt get in the way, kinda what Brink tried to do but theres was just so many other things that were awful about that game, atleast they took the good elements from it.
