I suppose it would be an idea to start organising ourselves.

I've already said I'd prefer to be in Hall 3 which is the TF2 Hall. I was thinking of asking where Kovah is sitting and being near them. She's made herself in charge of their seating. There's quite a lot of them and a good number are not really TF2 players for those concerned about that sort of thing (more LoL and DOTA2)

Ok, shall I volunteer myself as seat picker? It looks like it might be a good idea if we start thinking about it now as there aren't many seats left together. It looks like they'll be opening up more seats as more tickets sell, but I'd like us to be in a position where're we ready and can have a pick of seats.

If we select nowish, we can always move later anyway and there'll be the defragmenting.

So.....if you send me your booking numbers I'll get us plonked somewhere. Extra people can be added as we go along.

About seat picking:

This is what it says

Can me & my friends sit together?

Yes! If you are coming with a group of friends and you all want to sit together, then you can allocate your group leader to be in charge of your seat so he can pick all your seats in one go. Login to the Seat Picker and find your group leader using the search box. Once you have found them, click on their name and tick "Allow this person to manage my seat". That person can then select seats for the whole group!

Seat numbers...not sure if I need them anymore, may send them just in case and let me know when you've clicked on me so I know who/how many I have to seat

(I've sat myself in a random row so just do a search for Berath)

Yes, I was going on last year when we needed to give our numbers for the UKCS clanbox. The year before I was on a Spectator ticket so didn't need to know any of that stuff so I thought I'd better find out for sure after I volunteered!
