I don't have much to recommend myself but there are two binds I use a lot.

Weapon switch in vehicles I have bound to middle mouse button (like it was in the beta) this is fundamental to any vehicle whoring as you need that quick switch, in my tank it means infantry get an explosive shell then a shotgun shell to the face, in helis and stuff it means following up heatseekers on stupid jets with rockets (so many easy kills i've been dishing out the pain to crap jet pilots). Also vehicles weapons you aren't using reload so you usually increase your fire rate by switching a lot, the apc is good for that, if you have the armour piercing rounds (which are great for killing tanks) you can spam your explosive infantry killing rounds then switch to the armour rounds whilst reloading, they aren't great but I still get kills and finish infantry off with them whilst my main rounds are reloading.

I also use middle mouse on infantry to change firemodes, or would once i retrain myself to use them.

And countermeasures in every vehicle I have bound to right mouse button.  RMB is only ever used for optics and optics conflict with countermeasures so theres no reason for them not to be rmb and it makes it so much easier than X.

I had a lot of problems with binds when the game first came out, they basically didn't work for some things. Does anyone know if it's fixed?

Q was the only one I know had problems because the commo rose couldn't be unbound. Its supposed to be fixed? But I haven't tried.

Don't forget to increase your FOV to something more akin to PC gaming. I whacked mine up to 90.
