nope, the Singleplayer lacks everything they promised and the multiplayer is basically BC2 with more bullshit (allthough no Carl Gustaf etc.) |

yes it is. Just cause 2 is amazing. I can't decide whether to start the game over or try to 100% my save game :S either is a monumental task. Definitely going to play it again though.
