Where are the shoes meant to go? Are they a misc slot or a gunboats style 'foot weapon'? I can see them being a good shield replacement but kinda undermines the whole weapon set idea if it doesn't work with the new shield.

so basically it's just gonna be "CHAAAAAAARGE!" wait 5 seconds "CHAAAAARGE!". Yea, this is gonna be awesome -.-. Also, is it just me, or does the new sniper rifle come across as a straight upgrade?

EDIT: wait, nvm, missed the "-20 base charge rate". in which case, meh. You'd need 2 headshots before you were at the base recharge rate, and if you miss, you're back to square 1. No thanks, if you're a head shotting beast, then may be good

Pro snipers really needed a buff

So a quick recap:

Scout:
Soda Popper (Primary) - +25% Faster Reload Speed, +50% Faster Firing Speed w/ -60% Clip Size, Can't Random Crit (FaN style weapon, w/o Knockback). Weapon also gains a Buff Banner style charge, more damage more charge. A complete charge grants mini-crits for a set amount of time. EDIT: Weapon gains "hype as you run"? So it's either a meter based on running around or or a standard charge at a set rate...
Winger (Secondary/Pistol) - +15% Damage Done w/ -60% Clip Size. Normal Scout pistol can do up to 264 damage (point blank), while the Winger can do 125 per clip.
Atomizer (Melee) - +Grants Triple Jump +Jump deals 10 Damage (What self or damage via goomba stomp?) w/ -30% Slower Attack Speed, -20% Damage Done. Effectively now the weakest melee weapon in the game.

Demoman:
Splendid Screen (Replaces Stickies) - +25% fire damage resistance on wearer, +20% explosive damage resistance on wearer, Can deal charge impact damage at any range, +70% increase in charge impact damage. No Sticky Launcher. Pretty much an offensive Chargin' Targe, i.e. more damage but less resistance to fire and explosives.
Ali Bab's Wee Booties (Replaces Pipes) - +25 max health on wearer, +100% increase in turning control while charging. No Pipes.
Persian Persuader (Melee)- +100% increase in charge recharge rate, All ammo collected becomes health. No way to resupply ammo without a cabinet? (If not using the set)

Heavy:
Tomislav (Minigun) - +75% faster, silent spin-up time w/ -20% slower firing speed. I presume the firing won't be suppressed.
Family Business (Shotgun) - +40% clip size w/ -15% damage done. Shotgun does up to 540 damage whilst FB will do potentially 608 damage.
Eviction Notice (Melee) - +50% faster firing speed w/ -60% damage done. Pretty much like giving the vanilla bat to the Heavy.

Sniper:
Bazaar Bargain (Rifle) - Each consecutive headshot gives +10 charge per second w/  A body shot reduces the bonus, A missed shot clears the bonus, -20 base charge rate penalty Basically, it already charges slower than the vanilla rifle and takes two consecutive HSs to bring it to the vanilla rate. Capped at 30, meaning 5 consecutive HSs.
Shahanshah (Sha-han-shah, Melee) - +25% increase in damage when health is less than 50% of max (81) w/ -25% decrease in damage when health is more than 50% of max (49). So a kinda Equalizer ("less health = more damage, more health = less damage" model) for the Sniper.

Spy:
Enforcer (Revolver) - +20% damage done (72, point blank) w/ 0.5 sec increase in time taken to cloak. High damage Revolver for the more aggressive Spies, but longer cloaking times.
Big Earner (Knife) - +30% cloak on kill w/ -25 max health on wearer. Said before, it's like the L'Etranger's more Cloak on kill but with a Kunai style health nerf.

The next bit is purely speculation, so I decided to put spoiler tags around it to just make sure people weren't confused between the list of confirmed weapons and a list of speculated weapons.

By the looks of the Sniper pack, Valve are introducing some beta items into the game - This may include the "Pocket Soldier" pack:
New Pocket Rocket Launcher, either:
1.) When the Medic healing you is killed, gain Mini-Crit Boost for 6 seconds w/ On hit: -10 health.
2.) +15% Übercharge rate for the Medic healing you (not in spawn room) w/ On hit: -10 health.
3.) 50% faster reload time while being healed by a Medic w/ On hit: -10 health.

Personally, I'm hoping for 3.

Shotgun:
While a Medic is healing you, this weapon's damage is increased by 20%. w/ While not being healed by a Medic, your weapon switch time is 30% longer.


I suspect Valve may give this a slight tweak. I like the idea of a hitscan weapon aimed to Medic protection but 120-ish damage from point blank may seem a little unfair to the Scouts out there who have killing Medics quite high on their list if priorities.

There may also be some changes to the equalizer, with either a damage nerf (less health = more speed, but same damage throughout) or vice versa (less health = more damage, but same speed throughout).

Interestingly, the Medic has also got a pack-sized amount of weapons in this update, including:
New Syringe Gun:
More UberCharge grants a faster speed, capped at 10% w/ -10% less damage - roughly 9-10 damage per needle.

Quick-Fix
Uber Effect: Mega-Healz:
- Heal Rate increased 3 times on Medic and patient.
- Medic and Target immune to knockback, stun and slow effects.

+40% heal rate, +40% ÜberCharge rate, Move at the speed of any faster heal target. w/ Can't overheal.

The Bonesaw may also be getting a buff soon - the ability to see enemy health - like the Vita-saw.

Here's also hoping for the Detonator to be released into the main game. The new beta update has made Pyro jumping a lot easier.

Knowing what's happened the previous major updates, I wouldn't put it past them.
