Ok, I managed to make it back from the arse end of beyond.
So it's Thursday the 21st of April. Lets tentatively say 20:30 ish. Loiter in Mumble and once the candidates are in place, the show can go on the road. Quick question, is their a HLTV thingy for this game?

I did them for the first one - the problem is that the demos are 50Gb and the audio is in OGG, so I need to find a way of converting both.
The 50 gig's is game sound & video right (Fraps Codec, I presume)? Luckily for you (though kind of expectedly) ffmpeg has a fraps decoder. So first compress the shit out of that video file! ffmpeg -i frapsfile.avi -vcodec mpeg4 -vb 3M -s hd720 -acodec libfaac compressedfile.mkvShould give you a nice looking 3MB/s h.264+aac file in 720p. Then extract the audio stream with whatever you want, mix it with the mumble, and put it back in. Seriously, ffmpeg is the thing to learn if you need to get video moved around. Once you know a few core parameters bob's your uncle.

F*CK ME RUNNIN'!
Scary!
And F*CK! scary!
All I have to do now is wait for my heart rate to drop and I can go to bed. The only consequence is that as I relax, the pressure build up as a result of the fear overload is causing some troubling side effects!
Big love to all that came to hear me scream my head off tonight.

It is, truly, a marvellous thing. Positively loved the experience. Do get in on this when you can.

If in doubt, just add fire. For everything else there is ninja sword / machete. Screamed myself senseless. Heart-rate still 120+bpm. Got to calm down and go to bed. And despite everything, still a bloody good giggle

Had my own solo Terrifying Tuesdays exploring the Pripyat Department Store. Opening each door took more courage than I thought I had.
