"According to the official website, Japanese anime & film producer T.O Entertainment announced that they are producing an anime movie based on RPG game "Mass Effect" with FUNimation and Bioware. Worldwide streaming and disc media release of the anime are scheduled in 2012. Theater releases in Japan have been planned.
T.O Entertainment is the production company of Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu, Freezing and Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu. The company has also been producing a CGI film of Bioware's RPG "Dragon Age" with FUNimation."

This is starting to become a trend. I remember watching the Animated film for Dantes Inferno last year, that was kinda horrible. Theres also one for Halo.

As far as I've heard the DLC story can be summarised in 2 sentences.
Pretty much. Care to do that for me? I ignored most of the other DLC for this very reason. Worse then the side missions in ME1 which actually were entertaining sometimes  |

Bah, what is it with games and trying to make coop now the canon way to experience a SINGLEPLAYER-game. I heard that the new Call of Juarez really sucks when playing on your own, theres exceptions like Gears of War 3 where you do walk around with 3 other people all the time but the AI is really good so you never feel like playing on your own is necessarily harder.
Also coop in an immersive game like this sucks. When I play something like this I usually take my time to explore everything in a room and that would just annoy other people in my game and it would put pressure on me to hurry up. Same reason I didnt bother playing RE5 in coop.

I dunno, it could work out fine if they keep it separate enough from the single player and realise you can't tell story in MP, so they concentrate on the fun aspects.
