You can craft it now, they just patched in the blueprint; I think its an ubersaw+refined metal. It's yours if you want it though, I think thats the only other Polywhatsit weapon I have that I can trade...

<3 degreaser btw, suits my pyro play style perfectly, think I was rocking 40kills:15deaths the other day when using it on WDG. Normally with pyro I can expect a kpd of 1 at best
