i've only had chance to play it for about an hour and a half so far so i imagine around half way. Wont be gaming until sat evening now so ill finish it then and have a binge on the multiplayer on sat night. Anyone keen?

Wow this is just ridiculous.Apparently the massive stuttering and lag is caused by a simple server command that the guys over at Gameservers.com (where you have to rent your server from) effd up. The default config they give you with it has a command named sv_maxrate and is set to 5000, while its supposed to be 25000. So all the servers cant handle the playersizes and actions goin on atm. They even confirmed this but they have to wait for Activision to give the go for a serverpatch. ...

Its a CPU usage bug and will hopefully get fixed soon. Meanwhile, turn off Steam Cloud Support, that fixed my SP stuttering.

Yeah, FPS lag sucks, but a patch is coming and its not 100% unplayable.
Also, I have a spare copy if someone wants it for £25, it'll go back to Tescos on Monday so get in quick.
