Really looking forward to this one aswell, totally loved the SoT trilogy and was massivly disapointed with the latest one so a return to the old style has got win written all over it . Anyone else getting?

Well if you want to pay the ridiculous price and risk it being in german afterwards? It's € 49,99 for normal version and € 59,99 for some deluxe version, with a blowjob from the prince himself included.

You could also wait a bit, I'm sure you'll get it for a reasonable price shortly.

P.S.: It appears to be multilanguage and there is warrior within included (and additionally, the sands of time in the deluxe version). Still, I played both of those games already, so not a good deal, really.

Never understood why the PoP series was/is so popular.

I find it difficult to stay afloat the sea of cheese in that game.

For me it was one of the few games that succesfully made the jump from 2d to 3d without losing what the game was about. It's a fucking fairytale, what did you expect?

Also, I think first game to get the rewind mechanism right, although some might argue that the game gets too easy through this.

I enjoyed this series so far and I'm sure the newest incarnation is also a lot of fun (didn't play the artsy remake, but have it in my steam gamelist).

the new prince of persia (not forgotten sands) was generally panned as being shit and much worse than the original 3D trilogy. Also isn't it drmed up the bum?

The new PoP game was balls, you can't die and everythings one button. Tis wank.

Utter BS. You die like hell, they just removed the loading screen from quickloading. (and removed the "skill" needed to remember to hammer f5 every time you managed to do a jump)

I guess, but still, the fact it basically quick saved before you did ANYTHING effectively took any skill out of the game. The thing I love about the original 3 was balancing your sand powers to correct your fuckups whilst tying together awesome jumping/parkour moves or using them to pwn bitches with the epic freestyle combat. Most recent one had neither, all the parkour moves were one button, combos were "MASHXNOWLOLOL" and your "sand powers" were replaced with said pr0-quicksave script so you could basically smash the controller with your face and still finish the game with little difficulty....Also, there were no Dahaka chases which were easily the most tense part of any game I've ever played ever!

Srsly getting excited about this game now .

Ok, can one of our European types check to see if the Steam version of this has Ubisofts retarded DRM? I know the retail release does but I can't even look in the bloody Steam store to check it. Big love to the Europes <3.
