I think its pretty fucking stupid that as cover for our left back we have a right back and as cover for our right back we have a centre back that retired from international football because he was constantly played out of position....
Also, SWP has done nothing to warrant a place in the squad, same with Upson. I would've taken Dawson and Walcott instead and left Carrick and taken Bent as well; we ALWAYS fucking struggle to score goals so why only take 4 strikers but 3 (4 if you count King) holding midfielders?! Madness.
I'm calling quater finals; anything else will be a bonus tbh.

At least SWP generally looks keen and tries hard I suppose. Walcott doesn't seem to know what to do half the time, but I think I'd have taken him. Agree with most of what you say, really  |

Seriously, if Heskey starts running towards the penalty box straight after kick off he's lucky to make it before half time, at which point he has to start again.

This, but probably would of dropped Carrick. Thing is though Johnson is untested. I would of dropped Heskey, but I suppose he's the target man. Really not shocked about Walcott, don't see what the fuss is about. |
