I've been called Egg since I was in playskool... Its a play on my surname Used to use the full name of EgGeRgIzEr in gaming from my COD UO days as in after the energizer bunny. Friend called me that cuz I once went to Gatecrasher @ NEC and danced longer than everyone there whilst sober... including all the 'sky high' clubbers Now I can't be arsed with full thing so just Egg

Hope "twiglet" was not a name for the penis?

Harbinger means 'Sign of things to come' essentially, and is usually used in a negative sense. Someone who is a Harbinger is a bearer of bad news, a herald of woe, bringer of death. Like Mag, my use of Harbinger came from roleplaying waaaaaaaaay back when, and has stuck as my handle of choice in pretty much everything since. You may (very rarely) spy me under the handle 'The *Dirty/fluffy/Drunk/Fat/etc Penguin' Coz I love penguins. Figures, huh?

I'd just watched Life of Brian when we first started playing Half Life on a lan.
FALSE PROPHET: ...For the demon shall bear a nine-bladed sword. Nine-bladed! Not two or five or seven, but nine, which he will wield on all wretched sinners, sinners just like you, sir, there, and the horns shall be on the head, with which he will...

Well, as it has already been revealed in the Introduction-thread, my nickname is based on a character in a Terry-Pratchett-novel. However, I pronounce it normally, while the character's name is pronounced Te-A-Ti-Me. I have been very fond of Pratchett (especially Discworld) for a long time now and always tend to borrow names from his books (e.g. all the partition on my PC are labeled with Pratchett-names) When I started playing online I called myself DEATH, but in all honesty it wasn't the most original of player names. Also it's quite humiliating when a player called DEATH is being killed over and over (should have been DEAD rather than DEATH :-)) So I switched my name to Teatime, which in the novel is a very skilled, but rather mad assassin. Still working on the "skilled"-part, though. I use this nick for almost 10 years now and it has become kind of a 2nd identity by now ...

Death isn't as bad as Killer or Raw ham.

Bacon was made up by our clan leader so I would not say it's bad.

My game name popped in my head about 7 years ago when I tried to register to Gamespot. The name stuck with me ever since.
