As for why it's a Kevin. Well as the Rodgers are a spoof of the Oscars. It would seem that this is now a spoof of a spoof, hence "Kevin's". There is no real reason in fact. But you should know by now that is just about normal (as normal as anything is for me) for the workings of my mind.

PS: The first picture was a result of typing "TommyTheCat" into Google image search. That cat is realy called Tommy. It's a friendly looking cat. So it's probably up to something.
