Yeah I have agreed to play for someone already tommy, but I wouldn't worry about doing well to get some money seeing as a few div 1 teams are going. Just get a couple of teams together to have a laugh

I thought the T-Regs were putting a team out?
All 3 of us? Which poor soul did I forget? And don't say Junta, he's undercover and can't be counted as T-Regs.

Any experience from earlier i3X events? How's the catering? Should I be planning for frequent trips to the Sainsbury's in Newbury? Should I bring a camping gas stove?
The sainsbury's is really close by - a couple of minutes drive. As for camping gas stove - that's up to you depending on what you want to eat. As for the food there - it's ok. It's definitely edible - but the meals they put on are usually quite expensive (I think it was £7 for a meal at iLite). I think though they have many more alternatives this time such as the fast food thingy and pizza etc. etc.

I think I can live with remotely food-related items. A pizza over the weekend is fine, but I hope that one of the supermarkets can provide for the odd sausage in a bun, or ready-made salad. And lots of cheap caffeine.

whey WHEY! That is all. Also, Tescos own brand Red Bull is very good and about 1/3 of the cost of the real stuff. Effect on kidneys remains unknown though...

I thought that too Hzza but trust, a few litres in on another all nighter binge and you can't touch the stuff anymore, its deff less palatable than red bull.

Drink a few litres of anything on an all nighter and you're probably not going to be able to look at the shit again for a while...

You won't starve r007. I can be sure of that. Also...agree with discordance...I drank a lot of energy drinks at i37...and oh god. It actually becomes painful after a while (P.S. I suggest bringing along an innocent smoothie or two to counteract the pain of everything else)

I recommend, red bull for taste, but rockstar or relentless in the juice/d varieties are my poison of choice at the moment. I just checked all the supermarket cheap brand stuff is from the same manufacturer so tescos kx is the same as whatever asda sell it as.
